When you wake up and remember you have a hair appointment that day?
I’ve spent over 20 years behind the chair.
I built a strong career, fast. Commission, booth rent, educator, salon manager: I’ve done it all.
I loved it.
But what I loved most wasn’t just the hair.
It was how deeply my guests would open up about their lives with me.
How much they desired to be cared for, and the strong connection we shared at the shampoo bowl.
My guests didn’t just want a cut and color.
They didn’t just want to look at themselves in the mirror and feel put together.
That finally, something-for-me-feeling?
They wanted a place where they could feel safe enough to let go of everything they were holding in and reconnect with who they really are.
Over time, I realized I was being called to something
Not just helping women look good on the outside, but helping them come back to themselves.
Leaving the traditional salon space gave me room to listen more closely, to my guests and to God.
And that’s when the deep healing work on myself began.
I learned to love myself unconditionally and that kind of love naturally flows outward. When you live from that place, it shapes not just a better life, but a more compassionate world.
I proved to myself that outer beauty only reflects who we truly are on the inside… and I knew I could help other women see it, too.
